At MoSweet, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our valued customers. We have made improvements to our shipping policy to ensure clarity and transparency. Please take note of the following shipping guidelines:
Free Shipping Policy:
· We are pleased to offer free shipping on all products listed on our online resources, with the exception of oversized or overweight items. In such cases, an additional charge may apply, which will vary depending on the product and shipping destination.
· Free shipping applies exclusively to GROUND shipping rates. If you require expedited shipping, regular charges will apply based on the carrier's (USPS, UPS, FedEx) shipping rates. Please note that due to carrier delays, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all rush shipment requests.
· Free shipping is available for shipping addresses within the United States, specifically in the 48 Continental United States. International shipping, APO/FPO military addresses, PO Box addresses, and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.
· While most orders qualify for free shipping, special order or handling fees may still apply. Please check the product details or contact our customer service department for more information.
Canceled/Revoked Order Policy:
If you need to cancel or revoke an order that has not yet been shipped, we will provide a full refund. However, please note that customized order items are non-refundable. In the event that the item has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred.
Out-of-Stock Items:
In the unlikely event that an item marked as "in stock" is actually out of stock, our customer service department will promptly notify you. We will offer to ship the out-of-stock item as soon as it becomes available in our warehouse. If you prefer not to wait, we can provide you with an alternative product or issue a full refund with our sincerest apology.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes and Hotels & Forwarding Places Policy:
Currently, MoSweet does not offer shipping services to P.O. Boxes, Hotels, and Forwarding Places. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
Shipping Rules:
· MoSweet ships orders five days a week, Monday through Friday, throughout the United States. Normal shipping time varies between one to five business days, depending on the merchandise ordered. We employ a variety of shipping options from different carriers based on the destination. Please be aware that a signature may be required upon delivery, and packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.
· Personal pickup is also available from our warehouse. Please coordinate with our customer service department to arrange for pickup.

At MoSweet, we are committed to providing you with top-quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy guidelines below:
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
1. All returns must be authorized by MoSweet prior to return shipment. To request authorization, please send an email request to info@mosweet.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number if the return is approved. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when you return the item(s).
Return Criteria
1. Returns must be received by MoSweet within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on assembled shower doors.
Return Shipping
1. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance for your protection.
2. Make sure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. MoSweet is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
Inspection and Refunds
1. Once we receive your authorized return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. This includes verifying the items are in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
2. If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow TENbusiness days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Restocking Fee
1. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Upon shipment arrival, a responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign off on the delivery.
• You MUST notate if the number of pallets delivered does not match the number listed on the driver’s delivery receipt copy.
• Careful inspection of packaging conditions is vital to file freight claims. Any visible damages must be noted on the paperwork when signing for the delivery, as well as documented with photos. Even if you are not sure if the contents inside contain damages due to the exterior’s condition, you MUST indicate on the delivery receipt to be able to claim concealed damages in the future.
2. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, PLEASE DO NOT REJECT DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS. The delivery should be accepted, with documentation of the damage, and a claim should be filed online.
3. Contact our customer service team at info@mosweet.com immediately. We will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, based on the extent of the issue.
Exclusions
1. Our return policy does not cover products that have been used, assembled, or installed.
2. Custom-made or special-order items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
